Calculation Method

The fee is calculated based on an hourly rate multiplied by the time spent providing support. We provide a clear estimate before starting any work and strive to complete tasks within the agreed timeframe. If the work is completed faster or takes longer than anticipated, the final cost will be adjusted accordingly, and any additional charges are entirely up to your discretion, ensuring you are never charged more than you believe is fair.

If Work is Completed Ahead of Schedule – Cost Reduction

Any unused time will be deducted from the initial estimate in your final invoice.

Example: If the estimated time was 60 hours but the task was completed in 55 hours, the cost for 5 hours will be subtracted from the original estimate.

If Work Takes Longer Than Expected – Pay What You Want

Should the work exceed the estimated time, we will include the additional hours in the final invoice. We will promptly inform you as soon as any potential time overrun becomes apparent.

Example: If the estimated time was 60 hours but the task took 65 hours, the cost for the additional 5 hours will be added to the original estimate.

However, under our Pay What You Want policy, you have the flexibility to adjust the payment for the extra time as you see fit.

Example: If the work exceeded by 5 hours, but you believe only 2 hours of the overrun were justified, you can choose to pay for just those 2 hours.

This process will also update your Affinity Score, a unique metric we use to evaluate the alignment between our service quality and your expectations.

While we strive to deliver valuable solutions, we understand that perceptions of value can vary. If our professional work is not highly valued by the client, it becomes challenging to maintain a productive and meaningful collaboration.
To address this, we’ve introduced our proprietary metric, the Affinity Score. This score is continuously updated based on your interactions with our services. If the score falls below a predefined threshold, we will discontinue support at the end of the contract period, and the client will no longer be eligible for future support.
This system ensures that our resources are dedicated to clients who truly recognize and benefit from our expertise. By focusing on these partnerships, we aim to deliver the greatest impact and uphold the professional standards that define our work.

We adopt a "Pay What You Want" system, allowing clients to freely decide the payment amount for any additional time spent beyond the original estimate. The Affinity Score increases when clients choose to pay the full recommended amount. We do not accept payments exceeding the recommended amount.

The Affinity Score decreases if clients choose to pay less than the recommended amount.

■ Calculation and Visibility of the Affinity Score

The Affinity Score is calculated using our proprietary method, which is not disclosed. Additionally, clients' specific scores are not shared. However, if the score approaches the threshold set by our company, we will notify the client in advance.

(2) Initial Meeting for Detailed Understanding:
We will gather details about your request. (Conducted online or in person)

(3) Quotation Preparation:
We will provide an estimate of costs and a project schedule.

Upon agreement, we will begin the specific tasks. Progress updates will be shared as needed, depending on the project.

(5) Interim Report:
Interim reports will be provided as necessary. (The frequency will be decided in consultation with you, based on the scale of your project.)
